    Absolutely, we can arrange key pick-up and return to a location of your choice. We’re here to make it convenient for you.
  6. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept cash, direct debit, and bank transfers for your convenience.

  8. Are the cleaners insured?
    Yes, our cleaners are fully covered with public liability insurance to ensure your peace of mind.

  10. Do you have to come to the property in order to give me a quote?

Regular Domestic Cleaning


  1. Who provides the cleaning materials and products?
    We proudly supply high-quality detergents and tools for your regular cleaning. You can count on us for a sparkling finish.
  2. Can the cleaner clean my home while I am at work?
    Absolutely, our cleaners can work while you’re away. You can even entrust them with your keys for added convenience.
  3. I need regular cleaning once a month, is it possible?
    Yes, we can accommodate your monthly cleaning needs. Please note that the same cleaner may not be available each time.
  4. Is it up to me which day of the week the cleaner will come?
    Yes, you have the freedom to choose your preferred cleaning day. If your chosen cleaner is unavailable, we’ll suggest an alternative.
  5. Do you help with folding and hanging clothes, watering my plants, or feeding my pet?
    Upon request, we can include these tasks in your service for your added convenience.
  6. Do you clean mold or mildew?
    Mold and mildew can be challenging, but we’ll do our best to address them. However, due to their specific nature, we can’t guarantee complete removal. Let us know if you’d like us to tackle this task.
  7. Are there any minimum subscription time for regular cleaning? Can I change the frequency of the cleaning visits?
    There’s no minimum contract, and you can adjust the frequency of your cleaning visits. Just reach out to us, and we’ll make it work for you.


End of Tenancy Cleaning

  1. What is not a part of the end of tenancy service?
    Wall spot cleaning, exterior window cleaning, and carpet cleaning are not included. Note that we don’t assume responsibility for wall damage.
  2. How soon can I have my cleaner come to clean my house?
    We aim to schedule your session within four days at the most, ensuring a swift turnaround.
  3. When do you perform end of tenancy cleaning?
    Our cleaning window starts at 7 am and concludes at 4 pm. We offer a range of slots to suit your schedule.
  4. Are there any extra charges that I should be aware of?
    We’re transparent with our pricing. Additional charges may apply for parking permits and certain time slots. Our representatives will clarify everything before you book.
  5. Who provides the cleaning equipment?
    We come prepared with all the necessary detergents, equipment, and tools. Just provide access to your property, water, and electricity.
  6. Do I have to be at home at the time of the appointment?
    Your presence isn’t necessary; we only require access to your property. We can arrange key pick-up and return with ease.
  7. What happens if I am not completely satisfied with the service?
    Your satisfaction is our guarantee. If you’re not entirely happy, we offer a 72-hour guarantee and will re-clean your space free of charge. If you have any unanswered questions, please don’t hesitate to share them with us when you get in touch. Your feedback matters. Thank you!
